This is for the helpdesk staff, all of you. From the person who takes the calls about their computer not turning on (since the computer is not the monitor), to the administrator who designs the organization.
I’ve worked on multiple helpdesks since 2003, and have been giving tech support since 2001. My specialty is Mac administration, though it is impossible to not support Windows so I’ve grown to accept Windows administration as a necessary skill.
I’ve learned many a things and I’ve forgotten almost as many. This blog is my solution. The ideas that I come up with or the solutions I have found will be posted here for all to use (and for me to reference later).
